The Courty is a proud neighbourhood pub where everyone is welcome. A cornerstone of our local community, we are a home away from home for the many and diverse crowds that visit us.
We are always looking out for our people, raising funds for a diverse range of charities and groups including RUOK and Legacy, and organisations that are close to our home and hearts such as Denise at Paws. The Courty is a major sponsor of the Newtown Festival and long-time supporter of the Newtown Neighbourhood Centre, our staff and management continue to participate in their annual sleep out. We have even been known to look after house keys and collect post for locals while they’re on holidays, the true community spirit you’d find in a country pub.
