Attention friends and family of Newtown! After a tough couple of years for many of us, we've decided it's time to bring our famous Courty t-shirt comp back - but with a twist!

This year, along with our friends at Young Henrys, we want our local artists to design not only a special, one-off, limited edition pub t-shirt, but ALSO a matching dog bandana for a man's best friend.

You'll be designing the whole t-shirt, meaning a big hero design for the back AND a small design for the front pocket (which will also be used for the dog bandana).

This year's theme is "Good Times in Newtown". Think local legends, beers, dogs, the inner-west, and of course you'll need to incorporate The Courty and Young Henrys somewhere in your designs for both the front and back of the t-shirt. The Courty logo is available here and the Young Henrys logo is available here, or if you like you can wow us with your own unique versions!

Please take into consideration that the designs will be printed in white onto a black t-shirt.

We're celebrating more artists this year, with the top 10 being recognised and rewarded with some epic prizes.

FIRST PLACE: $1,000 + $50 Courty voucher + a case of Young Henrys beer + their winning design printed as a limited edition run of Courty t-shirts and matching dog bandanas

SECOND PLACE: $250 Courty voucher + a case of Young Henrys beer

THIRD PLACE: $100 Courty voucher + a case of Young Henrys beer

FOURTH - TENTH PLACE: $50 Courty voucher + a case of Young Henrys beer

Entries close 22 June. Please read our terms and conditions before you consider entering, entry details below.

You've read the T&C's and are ready to submit your awesome designs!

You will have six weeks to complete your designs, with 22 June being the final date to send through your submissions.

Please submit your design as an attachment in a print-ready format (preferably PDF). Do not send through hand-drawn designs. Please ensure your designs are able to be scaled to fit on a t-shirt.

Please remember that the entry must be an original artwork and somehow incorporate The Courty and Young Henrys to qualify.

The top designs will be shortlisted by a panel of local legends. Join us on Wednesday 3 August where we will showcase the shortlist in our first ever attempt at a Courty exhibition where the winner will be announced to the world!

Good luck, and we can't wait to see what you create!
